Winter Wednesday Supper Series at Subterra Restaurant with Chef MartinMark your calendars! It’s cold and rainy and there’s nothing to do. And yeah, we get bored too. So, in order to let our kitchen cook outside of the box, to give our patrons a chance to get to know us a little better, and to keep our restaurant alive and kicking through the winter months, we are going to host what we are calling the Winter Wednesday Supper Series with Chef Martin.

Reserve Wine Tasting at Winter's Hill Vineyard
Enjoy an intimate, seated tasting with Winemaker Delphine Gladhart as she guides you through our Reserve Pinot noir from 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009. Delphine creates the Reserve blend through a process of tasting and blending the best barrels of Estate Pinot noir. Less than 150 cases are made each year, and these wines are only available directly from the winery.
